The Distillery Tour at the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee needed a facelift and turned to the team of Geograph Industries and Jack Rouse Associates to update their displays and signage.
Geograph worked with the designer and Jack Daniel’s team to immerse visitors in the Jack Daniel’s brand and inform them about its heritage. Geograph created a recognition area for their single barrel line and signage and displays throughout the indoor tour distillery tour. The installation includes a crow’s nest, which allows visitors to view the distillery from above. The indoor tour is offered for a fee as part of the overall experience, which includes a complete tour of the grounds and visitor center. The displays communicate the history of Jack Daniel’s and the influence of the distillery over the surrounding area.
The project was a success and effectively communicates the Jack Daniel’s brand. The signage and displays create an awareness of the history of the brand and encourages visitors to find their favorite type of Jack Daniel’s whiskey, which is sold on site. The overall message encourages visitors to explore the rest of surrounding Lynchburg and its tourist-friendly spots.
